Onsite Dynamic Balancing Services
As long as there is access to the rotor, onsite dynamic balancing eliminates the need to remove, transport to a balancing shop and reassemble a machine, which is very labor intensive and costly.
What is dynamic balancing of impeller, Fans, Rotors and other Rotating Components
We offer dynamic balancing services in Nigeria to correct the most common cause of premature failure in rotating machinery. Unbalance is caused by the uneven distribution of mass around the axis of rotation. If you repair a machine, replace bearings, or perform other services and still experience noise and vibration, you are most likely experiencing unbalance (or imbalance). Our on-site dynamic balancing services are for in-service equipment at your facility.
Types of Rotors we balance:
- All types of fans
- Combustion Fans
- Atomizing Fans

- And Much More….
why balancing is necessary
A rotor can have material buildup (dirt or grease on fans) or material loss (erosion on material moving fans), bearing wear that affects the center of rotation (severely worn parts need to be replaced before balancing), shaft distortion due to residual stress relaxation, structural changes, or speed increases. This causes vibration that will result in premature failure of bearings and other machine components. It can also result in cracks and other structural defects that could cause catastrophic failure.
Importance of dynamic balancing Service
The purpose of our dynamic field balancing services is to reduce centrifugal forces of unbalance that causes damage to the efficiency of the machine – the rotor, the bearings, and the supporting structure. Learn more
when dynamic balancing is required
Our onsite Balancing Services can correct unbalance on in-service equipment right at your facility. This is done by attaching weights or grinding and drilling away material.
Balancing onsite – in the rotor’s existing bearings and mounting structure under normal operating conditions can sometimes have a better end result. Lower vibration amplitudes due to unbalance may be achieved with field balancing due to the structural conditions when the rotor is in place.
We also offer in-shop balancing services for parts you can ship to us.
